First Press identifies vinyl records from photographs and estimates what they are worth. Identification is automatic and is sometimes wrong: two pressings can be identical on every detail printed on the record. Always check the suggested pressing against the record in your hands before relying on it.
Price figures are derived from marketplace listings and past sales published by Discogs. They are estimates, not appraisals, offers, or guarantees of what a record will sell for. First Press is not a party to any sale and gives no financial advice. Decisions you make about buying, selling or insuring a record are yours.
Release and marketplace information is provided by Discogs. First Press is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discogs. Trade marks belong to their owners.
Some features require a subscription, sold through the App Store as a weekly, monthly or yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.
Do not use the app to scrape or redistribute the underlying release and price data in bulk, to resell access to it, or to interfere with the service.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for losses arising from a misidentified record or an inaccurate price estimate.
